We're giving you more control over how inspections are carried out across your projects.
The Scafflinq team has been focused on making the platform more adaptable to the way our customers operate.
Our latest update puts inspection checklist management directly in your hands, allowing you to configure inspections around your own processes, requirements, and standards while keeping the simplicity Scafflinq is known for.
NEW
Build inspections around your business.
For a long time, inspection checklists in Scafflinq followed a predefined structure.
Now, you have complete control.
From the Admin Portal, you can create and manage your own inspection checklist, tailoring groups and questions to suit your company's requirements, clients, projects, or internal procedures.
With Custom Inspection Checklists, you can:
- Create your own inspection groups and questions
- Rename existing groups and questions
- Reorder items to match your workflow
- Set default responses (Yes, No, N/A)
- Update future inspections without affecting historical records
Any changes you make will automatically apply to upcoming inspections while preserving the integrity of all previously completed inspections.
Because every scaffold business works differently, and Scafflinq should work the way you need it to.

COMING SOON
Multi-Tag Scaffolds
For larger scaffold structures with multiple access points, we're introducing support for additional tags linked to a single scaffold record. This will provide better visibility and easier access to scaffold information from anywhere around the structure.
Project Documents & Attachments
We're also building a central place to store and manage important project files.
Soon you'll be able to upload documents such as:
- SWMS
- Engineering drawings
- Handover documents
- Site-specific procedures
- Client documentation
- Other project-related files
Giving your teams a shared source of truth and ensuring important information is always available when and where it's needed.
