Customer Sign-Off Requirements
Configure sign-offs to match your business requirements.
We've introduced a new setting under: Settings → Inspections → Customer Sign-Off Requirements
This allows administrators to control how customer contact and signature details are handled when completing an inspection.
Choose whether customer sign-off information is:
Giving you greater flexibility to align inspections with your internal processes, client requirements, and compliance obligations.
